The second Projection Pyramid I’ve built has been scaled up to x2 the dimensions to make it larger. I displayed it on a 32” screen this time resulting in a much larger 3D image and a more impressive effect. Displaying it in C15 came with some challenges as although dark, it was not dark enough for the full effect of the hologram. I should probably look at setting it up in the Boweland dark space as there is almost no light in there. Otherwise the test was successful and in order to capture a larger image I think I’ll make another pyramid that is larger and fits the 32” screen better.

The Photomoshed GIFS look a lot better than the hexed ones as their lack of a background makes them appear as if they are really there and can be touched. This is probably the method of display I will continue with as so far it proven successful in creating the illusion of a 3D object.
